Hello, my name is Emma.
If you are interested in healing from trauma, processing shame, and building self-confidence, I'd be honored to join you on that journey. I view therapy as a collaborative, relational process. My job is to facilitate the co-creation of a safe space together, in which I help you to connect with yourself in new ways. Who you are, your history, and your week-to-week needs inform the pacing, flow, and style of our sessions while I offer structure and information as needed. Our process will likely include connecting with internal resources to stabilize daily life, engaging in deep processing of traumas and wounding, and integrating new learning into self-concept.

I engage clients in re-authoring their stories and defining for themselves the purpose and meaning in their lives. I am trained in EMDR and DNMS therapies and integrate these approaches to help clients release negative internalized messaging and build positive self-belief. I enjoy helping clients connect securely to themselves and their support systems.
All people deserve health, respect, and joy. I work actively on dismantling internalized systems of oppression and view that work as a lifelong endeavor. I am an autistic, cis, white, queer woman. I am happy to have a brief phone call with prospective clients to answer questions and assess for fit!
